erica n What brilliant storytelling. This show is head and shoulders above all or most other Korean TV shows. It's not perfect or without flaws, though hope these get cleared up in season 2, but it doesn't matter, it's so otherwise brilliant! Masterfully told, the past constantly unravelling and building up to the present, the cinematography amazing (apologies for the cliche), and the music drumming through the show will keep you breathless. Lee Dong Wook is brilliant in his role. The only sore thumb is the actor who plays Bale. Not a convincing villain, especially when he does the staring. Guess they couldnt find better, hope he fixes that in season 2.
