They have very little communication. I brought my bearded dragon in for a walk in. So I was very patient all things considering. I told them I’d wait for the fecal and blood tests and was told that was fine. After almost an hour (I waited because again I was a walk in so maybe they got busy) I called and they came out to tell me tests take 3-5 business days. That would have been nice to know before I wasted an hour. I already live an hour and a half away. And just today I explicitly told them I would not be available to be contacted until after 5:30. Techs didn’t bother to tell me the doctor would be gone by then. Overall communication is not good at this clinic between technicians and doctors.

Worst customer experience I've had in years. Think about the worst driver's license bureau or post office you've been to, and you'll get an idea of how professional these people are. First, they require curbside service due to COVID. Okay, fine, that's your call, but when we got there it took 4 CALLS to get through to tell them we had arrived (3 calls hung up on after 5 minutes on hold, even though they weren't busy). We have a cat with GI issues, and we were looking for a 2nd opinion after 3 vet visits elsewhere and no improvement. I sent them detailed records of everything we'd had done, and it was clear the vet didn't look at them, even though we told them on arrival they'd been sent. He recommended tests ABC, saying he talked w/the other vet's office and they hadn't done these tests. I pulled up the PDF of those exact same tests (the records I'd emailed 3 hours earlier), showed them to him, and his face just dropped, caught in a lie. They kept us waiting in our car for an hour and a half simply to come back with the same tests another vet had done. Oh, and they take 7-10 days to get test results back. These are basic fecal / blood tests other clinics get back in 24-48 hours max. Stay away from these clowns at all cost.

Highly recommend Dr. Ali!Didn’t have an appointment but they do accept walk ins. Went on Saturday morning and while there were other cars I was greeted quickly after calling and notifying that I was there. Three different vet techs (vet nurses?) came out to review records and discuss the reason for the visit but each one was really nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Ali is the most personable and nicest veterinarian I have ever dealt with. She did not try to push or sell me on unnecessary things and answered my questions happily. I was done within 1.5 hours with no appointment which I think is pretty good. Will be visiting again.

The first time my wife and I took our dogs here, they did an amazing job. The staffs were efficient, nice, and professional. After that, everything went downhill. There have been multiple incident where we were very unhappy due to their lack of communication and response time. Our dog needed a referral to see a dermatologist at another hospital. It took three complete days of me going back and forth with the two hospital systems trying to push the referral forward. When I talked to the front desk explaining to her that I really needed this referral to be sent over due to my dog's condition worsening as she was bleed and suffering, her response was "okay.... I'll send another reminder to the doctor again. But know that there's nothing we can do about it as we are busy." To remind you, this was my fourth time calling them to ask for the referral and I get the same response. Sadly enough, the other animal hospital system got tired of me calling them, so they had to call Cy-Fair Animal Hospital themselves to attempt in getting the referral.I have been to many animal hospital system within the past 10 years of my life and I have never experience such a late response to simply sending over a referral (something that should take less than 5 minutes to do). If you want to see your pet feeling better, I would not recommend this hospital system as they lack of communication and efficiency.

Needed records for my cat who is lethargic and hasn't eaten in at least 2 days. They would not release my records to me or the vet I opted to take my cat to for 48-72 hours AFTER the request because the dr has to personally sign off on it. My cat may be dead by the time I get MY records that I paid for! All I needed were my records and labs so we could see how she compares to her last labs and I couldn't get it. Just because you were on TV doesn't mean you get to lord over your clients- just give the records in a timely fashion! How hard can in be to print them out or email them? Needless to say, I won't be back

I am so happy we brought our pet here!! The poor performance of our previous vet office sent me here in search of respectful, organized service. Dr. Ross was thorough and kind for our first visit. Our follow-up visit with Dr. Kirkland for Edward's vaccines and some itching was just as pleasant! If you want people that are knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and efficient, Cy-Fair is the animal hospital for you and your furr baby!

I dropped my 2 year old dachshund off at 8am for a tooth extraction. 3:30 comes around and I have yet to receive any update. I call just to be told my boy hadn’t even been seen yet. 6:15 comes around and I get a call saying I should come up now as he will be ready soon. Arrive at 7:15 to be told he’s still being worked on. Mind you, they close at 7. Here it is now 8:04, they made sure to take my payment, and my son is still inside with them. This review would have never been posted had I just received an update. This experience was very unprofessional and could have been handled much better.

No! Never again am I leaving my little baby here for grooming! I don’t prefer cutting my kitten’s nails due to the fear of hurting him so I’ve been taking him here but, I’m afraid it’s not happening again! I thought he would be handled by a professional here (also considering the price) I received him after his grooming as timid as he could be! After I reached home I noticed that he would t scratch his sisal towers anymore and when he did he would stop with just a single scratch! This is when eventually I noticed he had not one but 3 bleeding nails!!! The only reason for my return would be Dr. Ross who is worth taking your pet to!

I have been bringing my pet here for over two years and we love Dr. Kirkland and the other veterinarians at this practice. But you got to get in the front door, Right? The customer service and front office operations continue to bring this practice down hill. Today, I have been on hold, on the que as "customer #1" for over an hour; just to make an appointment. Makes no sense and is very disappointing !

PERFECT place if you have A dog or cat. As for reptiles, amphibians or exotic animals DONT EVEN ATTEMPT. In total I waited almost 2 hours and never saw a veterinarian. His/her availability is very limited and you probably wont see the vet unless you bring your camping supplies with you to your appointment. I was likely the only person with a reptile as I saw every car in the parking lot with only cats and dogs. Never have I ever had to wait this long to have my reptiles be checked up on, extremely disappointed with this location. I DO NOT recommend if you have any exotic animals with problems, please go elsewhere if you want to be attended.
