Keto Prime Rib Au Jus:
Consequently, I enjoy spoiling my family around the holidays. My family prefers to soak their small cut pieces of Prime Rib into it. In truth, I believe that the medium-rare meat soaks up the au jus better than well-done meat. Therefore, you want the Au Jus to be flavorful and tasty. Nevertheless, it is a wonderful addition to your Prime Rib dinner. You can have prime rib without the au jus. If you have never had Prime Rib and au jus before then you are in for a treat. After making the prime rib make the au jus. Consequently, allow approximately 1/4 cup per person.
Why Make Au Jus:
Why go to the trouble to make au jus? Because it will elevate the flavor of the decadent Prime Rib and transport your tastebuds to a heavenly realm. Not to mention it is quick and easy to make.
How to Make Au Jus For Prime Rib:
In any case, this recipe is made with Pan Drippings. The pan drippings contain all of the savory flavor and seasonings from the roast. These drippings have so much savory flavor. In fact, my grandmother-in-law, who incidentally, lived to be 100, used to save them for future meals if she didn’t use them. In the good old days, pan drippings were a valuable flavor creator. Incidentally, if you have leftover au jus save it and use it in a soup or stew recipe.
