Thank you @GetSpectrum for providing my house with a crazy router. It has worked for 2 years with no issues until this week. Why do I need to perform a factory reset every time my power goes out?! Luckily I could watch @AEW’s #DoubleOrNothing by screen mirroring through my phone.

@Ask_Spectrum Tired of y’all “hiding” your issues…. When I came to spectrum your installer cut EVERY coaxial fitting from the cables installed in the house.. ONLY fitting new ones to the lines he was setting up that day the TV’s I had. Now I can’t get new TV to work while paying for box

Did HBO Max ever come back online? We got the finale to play using @Ask_Spectrum’s AppleTV app. I crap on Spectrum and their cable boxes but their app is pretty good.

So @GetSpectrum shows up unannounced and shuts off our internet on a friggin Sunday during finals week for my daughters high school and they can’t come to rectify until Wednesday! The worst ! Going to cancel!

@hbomax is giving me an error right at the worst time tonight. I switched to the @GetSpectrum app to watch Mare. Yeah, the Spectrum app is currently@more reliable than HBO MAX.

@Ask_Spectrum @whiteworkingguy I can confirm this is a serious issue @Ask_Spectrum. My screen has been stuttering every 15 to 30 seconds throughout the PPV. I lose sound, the screen freezes, and then it comes back. This happens every AEW PPV, but has never been worse. Plus I am not getting full HD resolution.
