Placed my @tdstelecom order for new services 10/26. My appointment has been cancelled 4 times, still can’t get a new appointment and your customer service is absolutely terrible. Working from home with no internet is great!

@tdstelecom @dish that in the directions. Tries to activate, same ****, reboots only. Explained that I asked for a line test yesterday, yesterday said they can't do that....Long story short technician enroute tomorrow. He's not allowed to take all their useless equipment

@tdstelecom According to the down detector map it's not a problem on my end (I know how to troubleshoot internet and did everything already). It appears to be regional all over Tennessee.

@tdstelecom Please have a better system to share outage. Your customer care folks have no clue if outage and sent a technician while the other team already working on the issue. Also no use of social media to share outages. You provide high speed internet but run business like flimsy ones
